As the works progress, finishes are reinstated to a high standard with discreet surface treatments and colour-matched containment to preserve a homely feel throughout corridors and apartments.

To ensure minimal disruption for the care staff, residents and visitors, the programme has been sequenced block-by-block and zone-by-zone to minimise disruption, with intrusive activities scheduled during short, pre-agreed windows and temporary supplies maintained to ensure residents are never without essential power. Resident liaison is central to delivery, with clear advance communication, door-to-door briefings where required, and a dedicated point of contact for queries.
